The apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for family gathering during Easter. The location was great, with everything we needed just a short drive away. Having a full kitchen and laundry facilities made it easier to prepare meals and wash clothes, saving us time and money.
The A/C filter and refrigerator water filter were not clean upon arrival and our requests for replacements were ignored. This made my pregnant wife and me uncomfortable and we had to purchase a replacement ourselves.

The location of this accommodation is perfect, with many of the attractions we wanted to visit just a short drive away. Our room was incredibly spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities included. We were impressed by the attentive staff who were quick to restock any supplies that were running low. Additionally, the secure parking garage was easily accessible and provided great convenience.
The apartments were not childproof, so we had to take extra care to keep certain items out of the reach of our little ones.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, and it was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect for us since it was walking distance to our conference, making it very convenient. Additionally, we loved having a spacious kitchen and master bedroom with its own bathroom. The staff was attentive to our needs and quick to replace supplies. Parking was easy and accessible.
Everything is what we needed and wanted.

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Kasa Frisco Dallas. The apartment was well furnished, clean, and conveniently located near the ballpark in Frisco. The check-in process was easy and parking in the garage was straightforward. Having a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the apartment was a great convenience. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The apartment was very comfortable and had great amenities such as a washer and dryer, making our Xmas stay much easier. the location of the apartment was perfect for exploring the area and was close to many fun activities and attractions.
There were a few negative aspects that impacted our overall experience. the check-in process was quite lengthy and disorganised.
